Community Planning Collaborative has been working with Nassau County to assist in the planning conversations for American Beach.
On October 18, 2024 they published a summary of their findings so far and will continue to work on further concept development, alternative cost estimates, and the Master Plan, hopefully for completion by the end of November. That will be circulated for feedback and their final report should be produced by the end of the year.
